This is a vintage Japanese magazine Shin-Jidai. This was printed and issued in February 1938. On the cover, it says “Die Neue Generation”. And in Kanji, it says 新時代 (Shin-Jidai), 3 celebrities roundtable (Sintaro Ishiwatari, Hrimi Kasawara, KatsuroEhashi), February issue.
