Japanese Ink Stick Sumi Black Ink W/ Wooden Box

This is a Japanese vintage ink stick for calligraphy. It is black and has white inscriptions on the front and blue ones on the back. To make ink, grind it with some drops of water on an suzuri-type ink stone. It comes with the original wooden storage case.
