Vtg Japanese Kokeshi Doll Handmade Ornament Figurine

This is a vintage Japanese traditional craft stone kokeshi doll figurine. Round stone represents a Daruma by painting its face . It is fixed on another round flat stone. There is an inscription on the stand. This seems to be a souvenir of Katsuura hot springs in Wakayama.
