Vtg Japanese Kimekomi Ningyo Fabric Doll

This vintage Japanese decorative fabric doll represents a girl with long black hair wearing a red kimono. This kimono was made with silk fabric applied to a wooden base according to the kimekomi technique. The girl is spreading her arms and one of her foot is visible, she is dancing joyfully. The girl’s face is likely gofun. There is a label with a name on the bottom.
