Japanese Shell Kokeshi Doll

This vintage Japanese shell kokeshi figurine represents flowers in a pot. It is made from some types of clams for the petals, wires wrapped in green paper for the stems, and a larger clam for a pot. Other clams and shells are added as decoration. One clam has an inscription of a place name.

• Good condition considering age.  Discoloration. Chip on the pot. Wear and tear due to age. Please see the photos carefully.
