Japanese Buddhist Fabric Bag for Prayer Beads Juzu

This is a Japanese vintage handmade fabric prayer beads Juzu bag, Jyuzu-Bukuro. It is used to carry rosary beads used in memorial services such as funerals.  It is a shining dark blue (almost purple) color Nishijin-Ori bag woven with a floral pattern with gold and red threads. It has a white lining and two pockets on the inside. It has a slide button type closure.
