Vintage Japanese Postcard

This vintage Japanese colorized postcard features a photograph of a matsuri float from the Kyoto Gion Festival. This particular float (or dashi in Japanese) is called Yoiyama. The picture was likely taken at night: the float is decorated with lighted paper lanterns.
