Vintage Japanese Postcard

This vintage Japanese colorized postcard features a photograph of a matsuri float from the Kyoto Gion Festival. This particular float (or dashi in Japanese) is called Yamafushiyama. The float features a puppet and trees at the top.

• Approx. 14.3 cm tall x 9.1 cm wide
• Good condition considering its age. Horizontal tear fixed with brown tape at the back by the previous owner. Some damage all around the postcard (paper is missing). Wear and tear due to age. Please see the photos carefully.
• Acquired from the famous Osu Antique Market in Nagoya, Japan.
