Vintage Japanese Postcard

This vintage Japanese colorized postcard features a photograph of a matsuri float from the Kyoto Gion Festival. This particular float (or dashi in Japanese) is called Hashibenteiyama. The float features two puppets at the top: 2 people who appear to be fighting.

• Good condition considering its age. Some paper damage all around the postcard (paper is missing). Stains (front and back). Wear and tear due to age. Please see the photos carefully.
• Acquired from the famous Osu Antique Market in Nagoya, Japan.
