Japanese Vintage Porcelain Sake Cup

This is a vintage Japanese porcelain sake cup. This particular type of cup is called tsubomi or “bud type” due to its resemblance to a flower bud. In terms of size, it is also called ochoko. It has an embossed brown image of chrysanthemums and leaves with a smooth white inside.
