Vintage Japanese Small Porcelain Plate

This vintage Japanese small hexagonal plate is made of porcelain and has a smooth gray glaze. The overall design features a black printed pine tree. This type of plate is called meimeizara and is the perfect size to serve wagashi, traditional Japanese sweets. It also serves as a plate for side dishes in a Japanese meal set.
