Vtg Japanese Stamp Seal Hanko Inkan 

This is a vintage Japanese seal, stamp (Hanko, Inkan).  It says Happy New Year. It says January 1st. The plum blossoms and bamboo, which are lucky charms, are drawn on this. It is a stamp used when writing New Year’s cards.
