Vtg Japanese Stamp Seal Hanko Inkan 

This is a Japanese vintage plastic seal. This seal is engraved with the personal name, Mika Soga. The seal has a diamond-shaped mark so that you can see which is the top. In Japan, we usually stamped the seal after the signature to prove the documents were based on the creator.
