Vintage Japanese Folding Fan Sensu

This is a traditional Japanese folding fan called sensu. You can use this when it’s hot or as decoration. This fan is made with a natural bamboo frame and sturdy washi paper. It features a beautiful and subtle design of purple hydrangea flowers (ajisai) on a shimmering purple background. The back side is plain white. The frame has small cutouts on each piece for added detail.
