Vintage Mukden Lama Monument Photograph

This is a vintage sepia-tone photograph of a group of Japanese men standing in front of the Lama Monument which is located outside Mukden. Most of the men wear suits while one is in a military uniform. Japanese citizens living in China during the occupation were encouraged to sightsee and take vacations within the country due to fuel shortages for other distance travel. As such, there are many accounts and travel campaigns that revolve around famous places in China (as well as now-destroyed Japanese military monuments).
