Vintage Military Badge

This vintage Japanese metal Meritorious Service Medal was issued by the Japanese Imperial Society for Retired Military Members. The design features a 3D star on top of two crossed blades, and an anchor at the center and a bird, likely a Japanese tsuru crane all around. There are inscriptions at the back.

• Good condition considering its age. Some marks at the back. Needle is bent. Wear and tear due to age. Please see the photos carefully.
• Acquired at the famous Osu antique market in Nagoya, Japan
