Vtg Japanese Marking Scratching Tool Shirohiki for Carpentry 

This is a vintage Japanese marking scratching tool, shirohiki, for woodworking. It is used to scratch accurate lines on wood for manufacturing. It is called Iccho-shirohiki, which means one-blade shirohiki. The blade has some inscriptions.
