Vintage Japanese Wooden Lacquer Serving Tray, Obon 

This is a vintage Japanese wooden lacquered tray. It features natural wooden grain.  It is a rectangle with a handle and slightly raised sides so drinks cannot easily slide off. It is lacquered, but the bottom is not.

Obon (serving trays) are typically used for serving drinks and snacks to guests in one’s home, business, etc. They provide both function and beautiful decor.
