Vintage Japanese Lacquered Bowl 

This vintage lacquered wooden bowl is an iconic black and classic addition to any traditional Japanese dinnerware set. It has a thick bottom and is getting thinner to the rim. This particular bowl is considered an owan, made for soups or rice. It can also be used for other dishes. The bowl is easy to hold while eating.
