Vintage Japanese Resin Lacquer Replica Lidded Bowl 

This is a vintage Japanese resin lacquer replica lidded rice bowl. It is a very dark brown with a wood grain pattern. Painted on the lid is “sacred bamboo”, also called nanten, characterized by its red berries. The leaves are gold. It is a beautiful addition to any traditional Japanese dinnerware set.
