Vintage Japanese Porcelain Sake Cup

This is a vintage Japanese Kutani porcelain sake cup. This particular type of cup is the standard shape, also called straight-type. In terms of size, it is also called ochoko. This beautiful imari sake cup is fully decorated with precise gold linework as well as large, raised-texture, white blooming peony flower. It has the Kutani marking on the bottom.

• Approx. 4 cm wide x 4.5 cm tall
• Good condition considering age. Glaze has crackled. Discoloration on inside. Wear and tear due to age. Please see the photos carefully.
