Japanese Wooden Steamer Seiro Mushiki 

This is a Japanese vintage wooden steamer Seiro. It is a cooking utensil for making steamed dishes. Place it on top of a pot of boiling water and let the steam come from below. If you want to put a lid on top, better to put a wet cloth between the steamer and the lid.
