This is a vintage Japanese hair accessory for women’s kimono fashion. It is a metal Futamata-Kanzashi. Futamata means 2 legs. The main feature of this hairpiece is a family crest or kamon at the very top. It depicts crossed hawk feathers or marunichigaitakanoha.
