Vtg Japanese Samurai Figure Boy’s Day Ningyo

This is a vintage Japanese Gogatsu-Ningyo white horse for the boy’s festival. May doll horses mean “wealth” and “prosper” because they lead battles to victory on the battlefield and give people a good harvest in agriculture. Gogatsu-Ningyo (May dolls) are amulets wishing for the health and growth of children that are displayed at the Boys’ Festival, such as “armor decorations”, “helmet decorations”, and “warrior dolls (warlords)”.
