Japanese Glass Float Fishing Buoy

Made from recycled glass, Japanese blown glass floats were used in the fishing industry to help keep fishing nets, longlines, or droplines from sinking to the bottom of the sea. 
This float is a light blue color with natural bubbles from the glass-blowing process. It has a thick nub on the bottom where the ball was sealed before cooling
