Vintage Japanese Gifu Lantern W/ Stand

This is a vintage Japanese paper lantern made from thin white washi paper, decorated with green leaves. It fits on a 3-legged black resin stand decorated with silver and gold chrysanthemums and other floral items. The inner lantern is white with a floral pattern painted in green, yellow, and red. It spins when the light bulb is on. This type of lantern is usually used as a display during the Obon summer festival. This lantern flattens and is easily stored in the matching box.
