Vtg Japanese Folding Fan Sensu 

This is a traditional Japanese fan called Sensu. You can use this when it’s hot or as decoration. It is sometimes used in traditional Japanese dance.  It’s decorated with a  picture of  blue flowers. There’s a signature says Gakuryo (岳陵). There’s a red seal. The back of the fan says Nippon Sougo Bank(日本相互銀行)．
