Japanese Fabric Kokeshi Doll

This is a vintage Japanese fabric Kokeshi doll figurine or rattle.  It has a bell inside and makes a gentle sound when it’s shaken. This cylindrical figurine is wrapped in a gold floral fabric featuring a sleeping woman’s face and white strings along the edge and the middle. It has a green string for hanging.  The cylinder’s material is unknown, but it might be paper.
