This is an original vintage Japanese Showa-era black and white photograph of an elderly couple taking a stroll along a road. The man wears a basic outfit with a blazer, while the woman is fully dressed in a simple kimono and haori. They each wear a pin with a ribbon on it, which means they likely took part in an event (sometimes concerning military service/family lost in battle, but also political events, or simply participating in a community activity.
