Vtg Japanese Ceramic Tea Bowl w/Box

This is a Japanese vintage ceramic tea bowl, or chawan, in the black Raku style. It has a black glossy glaze with gold accents. There is a stamp near the base. It is sold in a paper box, perfect for storage when not in use. This bowl can be used for tea ceremonies and for daily use. It is an elegant piece, suitable for any season.
