Vintage Japanese WW2 Ceramic Food Container

This item is a vintage Japanese ceramic containerfrom WW2. A “boueishoku youki” (defense food container) refers to a ceramic “patent vacuum container” created as a substitute for canned food during World War II due to metal recycling orders. The Kanji character says Defense Food 防衛食, Japan Air Raid Food Corporation 大日本防空食料株式会社 and Senshichiro Ozawa 社長 小澤専七郎.
