Vintage Japanese Ceramic Flower Vase

This is a vintage Japanese ceramic flower vase, or kabin. It features a painting that is mostly red, called Akae. Reddish brown and ash glaze is shown around the bottom and under the Akae.  Another feature of this vase, a long neck, is called a crane neck. There is a sign at the bottom. This is small enough for a single flower (ichirin zashi).
