Vtg Japanese Ceramic Green Tea Bowl

This is a vintage Japanese ceramic green tea bowl or matcha chawan. This bowl has a grayish-green glaze on a brown base.  It features wheel-throwing rings (rokurome), black spots, and glaze drips. There is a signature around the foot.
Green tea bowls are traditionally used to prepare and drink green tea during tea ceremonies, but can be used in many scenes of modern everyday life.
