Vtg Japanese Ceramic Flower Vase Kabin 

This is a vintage Japanese ceramic flower vase, or kabin. This cylindrical vase is part sandy terracotta brown and part smooth speckled brown glaze. It is tall and skinny with a narrow opening, an excellent choice for a simple single flower or floral branch. It can be used for all types of flower arrangements both ikebana and casual. Under the glaze, there appears to be a subtle seam from top to bottom though it doesn’t extend into the base.
