Vtg Japanese Ceramic Flower Vase Kabin

This is a vintage Japanese ceramic flower vase, or kabin. This vase is in a brown tone, accented with black.  This cylindrical vase tapered around the middle and has a small opening on the top. On the side, it has vertical shaved patterns called herame, one of mentori techniques. It can be used for all types of flower arrangements, both ikebana and casual, and also as a statement piece.
