Vintage Japanese Incense Burner Koro for Buddhist Altar

This item is a vintage porcelain incense burner (koro) made for use as an altar fitting in a Japanese Buddhist altar. It has a stunning blue celadon glaze with a raised peony and karakusa vine design. It stands on three small feet. This type of burner is used for burning incense powder or sticks.
