Vintage Japanese Incense Burner Koro for Buddhist Altar

This item is a vintage metal incense burner (koro) made for use as an altar fitting in a Japanese Buddhist altar. It is brown and has four legs. It has a thunder crest around the top and a crest of the Buddhist group Reiyukai at the center.

• Approx. 21 cm long x 13.5 cm wide x 12.5 cm tall
• Good condition considering age. Some ash residue. Scratches and discoloration. Slightly wobbly.  Wear and tear due to age. Please see the photos carefully.
• Acquired at the famous Osu Antique Market in Nagoya, Japan.
