Vtg Japanese Buddhist Altar Fitting Incense Container Kogo 

This is a vintage Japanese Buddhist altar fitting, incense container Kogo.  Kogo is a small container with a lid. This is for keeping powder-type incense (Shoko). It is also used in tea ceremonies and Buddhist ceremonies. It’s decorated with gold and silver color leaves.
