Vintage Japanese Buddhist Altar Butsudan Decorative Parts

This is a vintage Japanese part of a Buddhist altar. It is a very beautiful decorative item formed from composite wood and painted in gold lacquer. It is a top border piece likely from the front ranma of the butsudan cabinet. It can be used as a spare part, for repair, or decoration.
