Vintage Japanese Lacquered Wooden Tabletop Organizer w/Box

This is a vintage Japanese tabletop or desk organizer made of wood. It is brushed with a clear lacquer varnish highlighting the natural wood color beneath. On the side is a cluster of maple leaves and cherry blossoms. It contains five compartments accessible from the top with a handle. One compartment is lined with a velvet fabric. This item is ideal for storing stationary, arts and crafts tools, and other miscellaneous items. The larger compartment is the perfect size for mail, books, or magazines. The original box is included.
