This is a vintage Japanese bamboo doll figurine, Echizen Take Ningyo. This doll is a regional craft from Echizen, Fukui. Various bamboo pieces are glued to make this doll, a woman in a kimono and hat, playing a Shamisen. It is on a bamboo stand with a sign.
