Vtg Japanese Bamboo Fan Uchiwa 

This is a vintage Japanese Uchiwa. Uchiwa (fan) is a tool that creates wind by fanning it with your hand. This fan has a picture of a smiling woman wearing a kimono on the front and an advertisement for the company (Milk Company, Morinaga, address, phone number) on the back.
