Japanese Hanging Scroll Weights Fuchin w/Box

This is a pair of Japanese hanging scroll (kakejiku) weights, or fuchin. Fuchin is a decoration that hangs on both ends of the bottom of a hanging scroll. It’s a decoration as well as weighs the scroll down to keep it straight. This item features marbled agate stone spheres with dark gray-blue and white color in the grain. It has gold tassels with a gold accent under layer. The original box is included.
