It is in the Nezumi shino ware style, a type of Mino ware.  The feature of this bowl, a light gray color, is made with two glazes: a dark brown underglaze and a white topcoat.  The white pattern on the body is made by scraping off the dark brown underglaze before applying the white topcoat. The dark brown underglaze shows through the white top coat, creating orange accents on the rim and the pocks.
