It is coated with gold, black, and red lacquer and made with wood. The front side is all gold with minimal decoration. The removable top panel is mainly red with black winged end pieces and a black underside. This piece appears to have been re-painted (specifically the black and red areas).\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan size=\"5\"\u003eIn the case of memorial services and decoration, a piece of cloth called \u003cem\u003euchishiki\u003c\/em\u003e is inserted here. The feet have felt fabric on them. There are two types of offering tables Maejoku and Uwajoku. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan size=\"5\"\u003eMaejoku is placed in front of the Shumidan. It is used for 3 Gusoku (candle stand, flower vase, and incense burner). \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan size=\"5\"\u003eUwajoku is placed in front of Amidanyorai.
