Vtg Japanese Folding Fan Sensu
This is a traditional Japanese fan called Sensu. You can use this when it's hot or as decoration. It is sometimes used in traditional Japanese dance. It's decorated with swirls with faces. There's a signature of the artist with a red seal. On the bamboo flame which says Izakaya Mikasa(三笠). On the back of the fan says Den90073(電90073).
