Vtg Japanese Ceramic Tokoname Ware Statue Figurine 

This is a Japanese Tokoname ware ceramic figurine. It is a decorative zodiac ornament of the fighting dog. In Japan, as a talisman to pray for family safety, prosperous business, and good luck and longevity, ornaments of the year’s display at the house. There is a Kanji word on it “Tokon and Doryoku” which means fighting spirit and effort. Removable rope decoration on the dog.
