Vtg Japanese Wooden lacquered Plate

This is a vintage set of 5 wood plates in the traditional Japanese lacquer Urushi technique. The shape of each plate is different because they are hand-carved from wood. Words on the paper box lid say “Wooden Lacquerware, Living with Tradition, Asakyou, Yamanaka Lacquerware”.
