Vtg Japanese Ceramic Green Tea Bowl

This is a vintage Japanese ceramic green tea bowl or matcha chawan. It is in the Nezumi shino ware style, a type of Mino ware.  It features a light gray glaze made of two layers: a dark brown underglaze and a white topcoat. The dark brown underglaze shows through the white top coat, creating brown accents. The base is white.
Green tea bowls are traditionally used for preparing and drinking green tea during tea ceremonies but can be used in many scenes of modern everyday life.
