Vintage Japanese Porcelain Lidded Bowl

This is a Japanese vintage Arita Ware porcelain bowl with a lid. The bowl and lid has a coral-pink image of peonies with a sometsuke-style blue leaf decoration. The top rim of the bowl has a hash and diamond pattern. This bowl has some weight, it is the ideal size to serve soup, rice, or other small food. It also has a lip around the inside edge that helps hold the lid in place.

• Good condition considering its age. Two small chips on bowl rim. Glaze imperfections. Marks and scratches. Wear and tear due to age. Please see the photos carefully.
